Description
This rule detects finite state machines (FSM) defining unreachable states. A state is unreachable if it has no incoming transition from the reset/initial state (or from any state reachable from it).
Note that this rule is only checked for FSM that define a reset/initial state.
Unreachable states are a sign of a design error, and they can lead to unexpected behavior in the circuit.
